Cannot use keyboard to scroll the Name...due to problem with Commdlg32.dll.
Cause:
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows 95 with 32-bit programs (such as Paint) that use the Commdlg32.dll file.
Solution:
In the 'Print' dialog box, press TAB until the 'Name' drop-down list box is highlighted. Press ALT+DOWN ARROW to access the drop-down list. Press the UP or DOWN ARROW key to scroll through the list, and press ENTER to select a printer.
1) In the open application, select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The 'Print' dialog box appears.)
2) Do one of the following to select the desired printer.
a) Select the desired printer from the 'Name' drop-down list.
b) Use the keyboard:
1] Press TAB to highlight the 'Name' drop-down list, and press ALT+DOWN ARROW to select the appropriate printer.
2] Press the UP or DOWN ARROW to select the appropriate printer. (The printer is highlighted.)
NOTE: If the mouse pointer is located in the 'Name' drop-down list, pressing the UP or DOWN ARROW will not open the drop-down list correctly. Move the mouse pointer off the 'Name' drop-down list.
3) Make the necessary changes in the 'Print' dialog box.
4) Click 'OK' to print the desired document.
